How can I receive a refund for a fully paid order?

If you wish to get a refund for an order that’s already fully paid and confirmed on the blockchain, the merchant must contact our support team and provide your order details, as well as the cryptocurrency wallet address to which you want to receive your refund.

In case we already paid out the withdrawal for this payment to the merchant, then it is the merchant's responsibility to issue the refund by himself.
